asus crash

i purchased a zenbook duo and set my settings to the same as my dell using simple settings for live streaming using harware encoding which has been working fine and then today now keeps crashing when changing bitrate but if i change to software encoding it works fine ... but on my dell harware encoding works fine any ideas why my asus has suddenly started to crash on harware but not software thanks
 
A crash report and a log file from the moment it crashed are needed.
Most probably you have a driver issue.
