Discord Stream not being Capturing

For the past few months I have been able to share my friends' discord streams to my viewers while I take a BRB moment and my friends help keep my streams engaged. This worked fine and sometimes it would break and I will have to do all the steps to restart everything for the window capture to work again; But-- now I am running to an issue that when I have popped out the Discord Stream for me to Window Capture or even Display Capture it wont capture it. The name wont show on the options to click and if it does there is nothing showing no matter the option of bitbit or windows/automatic. If I use Display Capture it just captures the background of my Display and not the Discord Pop out screen.

I have gone to the Graphic Preferences on my PC, I have ran it as administrator, I have uninstall it and reinstall it, I have done everything I have found online. I am trying to use StreamElements.LIVE plug in which I usually run issues with but even without it the issue still exists. I switched to MELD studio because it does capture my windows without a problem so I know is not Discord but OBS itself. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue since their two last updates but if you have and found a way to counter this bug please let me know.

Have you contacted Discord support regarding this issue? They may have added something that broke how OBS capture it. It happened before.
SE.live is known to break OBS unless used with the exact version of OBS they build it for. You should contact their support too.
