StreamUP Hotkey Display - Showcase hotkey presses for your audience

OverviewView attachment 107599

The StreamUP Hotkey Display will allow you to have a dock in OBS that will show you what keyboard shortcuts are being pressed currently. You can then use the data to send it to a text source in OBS to display the key press.

Please note: This is only for Windows at the moment. I am still a novice at coding and I need to do more research around how key presses are handled in Mac OS and Linux...

Hi Andi, this would be great if it could show ALL keys, other than just modifiers.
For example, in my tutorials, I often hit key commands which can be as simple as "S" "P" "NumPad *" etc. Some are of course with modifiers, but many are not.

Andilippi updated StreamUP Hotkey Display with a new update entry:

StreamUP Hotkey Display • v1.2.1

Combined update covering v1.1.0, v1.2.0, and v1.2.1. Last public release was v1.0.0, so there's a lot in here. New features, a full settings redesign, platform fixes, and a stack of bug fixes.

New features
  • Standalone mouse actions - (v1.2.0). Mouse clicks, scrolls, and extra buttons can show up without needing a modifier key held. Turn it on in Single Key Capture settings. Proper useful for tutorials where you want every click visible...

Hi Andi, not directly to Hotkey Display, but the StreamUp OBS Plugin after v2.1.6 (currently v2.2.3) causes OBS crash when exiting OBS Studion application. It appears that the proceeses to terminat OBS are hanging as seen in the Window's Performance Manager, having to 'kill' the tasks manually. I've updated to v2.2.3 a few times, still the same problem. So had to roll back to v2.1.6. Any suggestions what might be the issue?
Many Thanks
Marc
